I have an account with my TV operator but am still hearing 3rd party ads

If you receive the Stingray Music channels with your TV operator, you have free, premium access to the Stingray Music mobile app. 

If you are still hearing 3rd party ads, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure you are logged into your Stingray account with the correct email address by tapping on the Settings icon and tapping on Manage Account
  • Ensure you have authenticated with your TV operator
    • Tap on the Upgrade button
    • Tap on the Select Provider button and continue through the authentication process
