I have a paid premium account but still hear third-party ads

If you purchased a paid subscription and are still hearing ads, please try the following:


Purchased via iTunes or Google Play

  • Tap on the settings icon in the left-hand corner of the app
  • Tap on Manage Account
  • Tap on Restore Purchase

Purchased via the web player

  • Visit your account page to check the status of your subscription
  • Check that you haven't used a different email address to purchase your subscription
