Reinstalling the Stingray Music app can often help fix many issues you may be experiencing.

iPhone/iPad

1. On the home screen, tap and hold the Stingray Music icon until it shakes.
2. Tap the X on the icon
3. Open the App Store and search for and install the Stingray Music app.

Android

Android 6.0 or higher

1. On the home screen, tap and hold the Stingray Music icon
2. Tap Uninstall
3. Open the Google Play store and search for and install the Stingray Music app.

Older Android devices

1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Select Applications followed by Manage applications
3. Find Stingray Music and tap on it
4. Tap on Clear Data
5. Open the Google Play store and search for and install the Stingray Music App
