Cancel a subscription

This article applies for Qello Concerts, Stingray Karaoke, Singing Machine, Stingray Music and Stingray Classica accounts.

You can manage or cancel your subscription on one of our product at any time. The correct method depends on where you originally signed up.

When you cancel, your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, your account will revert to our free, ad-supported service where available.

 

1. On the web (via your Stingray Account)

If you subscribed directly on the Stingray Music, Stingray Classica, Qello Concerts, Stingray Karaoke or Singing Machine using a website from Stingray, you can manage your subscription through our central account portal.

  1. Visit account.stingray.com.
  2. Log in with your account credentials.
  3. Navigate to the My Subscriptions section.
  4. Find the subscription you wish to modify and select the option to manage or cancel it.

Can't see your subscription on this page?
If your subscription does not appear in your Stingray Account, it means you likely subscribed through a third-party service. You will need to manage your subscription directly with that provider. See the instructions below.

Singing Machine Free Trial Issue?

If you were charged after trying to start the free trial that came with your new machine, it's likely the subscription was started incorrectly through the mobile app instead of by registering the machine.To resolve this and activate your free trial correctly, please follow the steps in this guide.

2. On a mobile device (Apple or Google)

If you subscribed within our app on your iPhone or Android device, your subscription is managed by Apple or Google.

Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad)

You must manage your subscription through your Apple account settings. Please see Apple’s official instructions on how to cancel here.

Google Play Store (Android)

You must manage your subscription through the Google Play Store.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu (☰) and then Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

3. On other platforms (Roku, Amazon, Samsung, etc.)

If you subscribed through a different service, you must manage your subscription on that platform.

  • For Roku: Log in at my.roku.com and go to Manage your subscriptions.
  • For an Amazon subscription: Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions in your Amazon account.
  • For Stingray Karaoke on Samsung: Cancel directly thought the Stingray Karaoke TV app or by visiting the Samsung Checkout Login.
