You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will revert your account to the free, ad-supported service. 

How to cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription: 

iTunes

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please see Apple’s instructions on how to cancel here. 

Google Play

If you subscribed through the Google Play App Store, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions
3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
4. Tap Cancel subscription
5. Follow the onscreen instructions

On the web

If you purchased your subscription via the Stingray Music web player, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1.  Visit http://webplayer.stingray.com
2. Click Listen now and login to your account
3. Click on the Profile tab
4. Click on Manage Subscription 
5. On the page that opens, click cancel subscription in the top right of the subscription information box.
