1. On the mobile app's Log In page of the app, enter your Email.
2. Tap on Forgot Password?
3. Go to your email inbox and open the email with the subject Reset Stingray Password.
4. Tap on the link in the email. A new page will open.
5. Type your new password in both fields and tap on Submit
6. Return to the app and log in with your email address and the new password you just created
