Stingray Music Mobile App pairing for Videotron Helix users

If you are a Videotron Helix customer, please see below for instructions for pairing the Stingray Music mobile app with the TV app.

 

  • Launch the Stingray Music mobile app
  • From the top-left corner, tap the settings icon and then select Provider Access. Already set Videotron as your provider? tap on Manage Account followed by Sync with QR Code :

N.B - if you do not see the Videotron tile listed, tap on List all Providers at the bottom and use the search feature.

  • Select Videotron as your provider
  • Tap Sync with QR Code

  • Follow the steps on your mobile device and TV to pair:

  • After entering the numerical code/scanning QR code your device is authorized
    to use the Stingray Music app!

Troubleshooting:

  • If you have paired a mobile device already and would like to pair another one, you will need to log in again. To do so, from the top-left corner, tap the settings icon and then select Provider Access and then choose Videotron.
  • If you notice your preferences or channel history are missing information, it's possible that your app has been unpaired. To resolve this, log out and log back in on the mobile device.
